Today, with us is the latest Xiaomi phone POCO M3 an exciting start to 2021, a struggle between giants to control phones’ different categories.

We have reviewed the Samsung A32 5G phone, the cheapest 5G phone, and it is in the same category as the POCO M3, which is the middle class.
Anyway, let’s start by reviewing this POCO M3, which has caused a buzz lately.

POCO M3 Design

The design of the POCO M3 is different from any other phone we have seen in this category.

The phone frame is made of plastic, and its back is covered with a layer of leather, which gives it a distinctive shape,

From the top, we find the camera frame of shiny plastic, take the width of the entire back of the phone and show the POCO logo, and this is what makes it attractive.

On the right, we see the power button integrated with the fingerprint sensor and above it the volume control button.

We find the SIM card port that supports two SIM and an external memory card on the left.

We see a TYPE-C charger port, an external speaker port, and a call mike from the bottom

On the top, we find a 3.5 mm headphone jack, an IR port, and an extra mic for noise isolation.

From the front, we see the screen representing 83.4% of the phone’s total area with a bottom edge that is not small and the front camera notch in the form of a drop.

The overall design is elegant and simple, which is what makes it truly special.

The screen comes with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD and FHD + screen with support for 19.5: 9 display dimensions.

And Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection, but the screen offers weak brightness in direct sunlight

The sound experience was good especially as the phone supports the stereo feature

POCO M3 Performance

And here the performance really surpasses its competitors, as it is with a Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor with a precision of 11 nm manufacturing and an Arduino 610 graphics processor.

The phone is available in two versions, the first comes with an internal memory of 64 GB and 4 GB RAM
The second comes with 128 GB internal memory with 4 GB RAM

The phone works on Android 10 with the MiUI 12 interface

The phone offers good performance for the economic category, but you do not expect it to run PUBG or COD on the highest settings, as it is a very good phone for daily work and normal use.


The camera system in the POCO M3 consists of four cameras
The front camera comes with an 8-megapixel and aperture 2.1 lens, it performs well in good and medium lighting

On the back, the three cameras, the main camera comes with 48-megapixel resolution and F1/8
The second camera comes with a 2-megapixel camera and F2/4
The third camera comes with a 2-megapixel camera and F2/4

It shoots videos in FHD resolution up to 30 fps and supports slow-motion HD shooting at 120 fps


The battery of this phone is the largest in this price category, as it comes with a capacity of 6000 mAh, supports fast charging of 18 watts, and charges the battery from 0 to 100% in just two hours
